the location offers great access to transportation. barbican station is very close. i found a good coffee machine offering free coffee at the reception. the room features universal charging ports including usb ports.

The receptionists offered great service. The room was clean and spacious. Unlimited coffee, including decaf, was a fantastic addition.
The room soundproofing was not adequate. I could hear corridor noises at all hours, disruptive to sleep. This happened particularly at 2 am.

good size sparkling clean great location
the room was a good size for one person. it was also sparkling clean. i found the location great since it was not far from st bart's.
i could hear everything coming from the corridor at all hours, it wasn't great when i was trying to sleep. i got woken up at 2 am from people talking in the corridor!

convenient and comfortable stay
great location easy access smooth arrival
the location is unbeatable with easy access to the elizabeth line directly from heathrow, it made my arrival smooth. a quick trip to tottenham court road station meant i could easily explore the city. i found plenty of cafes, restaurants, and pubs just a short walk away.
The room, while generally nice, felt a bit chilly. I wish there had been better temperature control. it wasn't a major issue, but it did impact my overall comfort slightly! it is a small detail i noticed.

Acceptable stay with some issues.
limited gym no restaurant
The gym was a letdown. I expected more than a few cardio machines and some dumbbells. It felt really limited for a hotel of this size. there was no restaurant available which was disappointing. I was really hoping for a proper breakfast without leaving the hotel.
